Brand Management and Graphics: This intern would help to manage to organization and policies/procedures surrounding the current re-branding project to ensure the sustainability of brand management. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in graphic design and is interested in aiding in creating a consistent look and feel across the organization. The final deliverable would be a brand book.

Archive Management: This internship would be about collecting, categorizing, logging, and organizing all of our archival assets since the organization's founding. Assets include but are not limited to: photos, videos, audio files, scripts, set renderings, lighting plots, costume designs, audience responses, etc. The final deliverable would be a shared drive with a consistent organizational structure.

Audio Engineer and Editing: This internship would consist of in-person assistance with audio recording during the interview process, along with editing the final product for release. The ideal candidate is someone with experience editing interview style audio, and audio collected from a variety of physical spaces. The final deliverable would be completed podcast episodes for the Room For Light story library.

Organizational Historian: This internship would be about gathering the history of the organization and compiling the “story” of the non-profit in a singular historical document. The history would be collected through a series of interviews and digital assests. The final deliverable would be a presentation in a digital format containing both written and visual history from 2005-2025.

Non-Profit Mangement: As we move into 2025 with new a management structure and a organizational rebranding process, we are seeking a Non-profit Management Intern to assist in evaluating all of our internal operational systems that have moved us through the last 20 years, helping us to identify new systems and approaches to streamline the operations and set a system fit for a co-managment structure. The final deliverable would be a presentation of recommendations.
